Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in the App.

AI features summarise — they do not advise

Where Logos uses AI to transcribe speech or summarise and translate documents (such as a prescription photograph), it is restating information you provide, not interpreting it clinically. AI output may contain errors. Always check important details against the original source and with a professional. Nothing is created or actioned without a human confirming it.

Medication and reminders

Logos can help track and remind about medications, but it does not verify that a medication, dose, or schedule is correct or safe. Responsibility for correct medication information rests with you and your healthcare providers. Do not rely on Logos as the sole safeguard against a missed or incorrect dose.

Safety, wandering, and Safe Zone alerts

Optional Safe Zone alerts are a best-effort convenience feature, not a guaranteed safety or security system. They depend on device, network, battery, and location availability and may be delayed or fail. Do not rely on them as the sole means of protecting a vulnerable person. They are not an official public alert (such as a Silver Alert) and Logos cannot contact police or emergency services on your behalf.
